Spring & Summer Season Details
When the weather is warm, the DC Bocce League membership swells to 1,500 players spread across six divisions during the Spring (April - June) and Summer (July - Sept) seasons.  Games take place outdoors in the evenings in five convenient locations in DC and the surrounding area with 5 different postgame sponsor bars:

DC Bocce League members receive an official t-shirt, enjoy post-game food & beer specials at their sponsor bar, as well as free parties, contests, prizes, and exclusive event opportunities throughout the season.  Our official beer sponsors are the Italian lager Peroni and the witbier Blue Moon.  If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact mail@dcbocce.com.

Indoor Season Details
When the weather is cold, the DC Bocce League moves indoors with over 300 members taking up the game during the Fall (October - December) and Winter (January - March) seasons.  Games take place on smaller versions of our outdoor courts starting at either 6:30, 7:15, 8:00, or 8:45pm and are split between two Capitol Hill locations:  The Pour House (319 Pennsylvania Ave SE) and the nearby American Legion Auxiliary Post 8 (3rd & D St SE).

DC Bocce League members receive an official t-shirt, enjoy post-game food & beer specials at both locations, as well as free parties, contests, prizes, and exclusive event opportunities throughout the season.  Our official beer sponsors for the Indoor seasons are Peroni and Blue Moon.  If you are interested in sponsoring an Indoor League, please contact mail@dcbocce.com.

Bocce Courts
In 2005, the DC Bocce League funded and constructed two bocce courts in Garfield Park on Capitol Hill. The courts, located between the playground and tennis courts, are the first and only public bocce courts in DC. We invite the entire community to enjoy them and become familiar with one of the world’s oldest sports.

Special Thanks
To the Garfield Park Association, Friends of Rose Park, the Kalorama Park Fund, American Legion Auxiliary Post 8, and the entire Capitol Hill, Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, Arlington and Bethesda communities for their support of DC Bocce.
