Charity
At the end of each season, top teams from each division are awarded a cash prize to donate to a charity of their choice.  We have donated to many local, national and international charities.  We are also happy to participate in special charity events throughout the year.  If you have any ideas feel free to contact us mail@dcbocce.com.

Indoor Week 2 Games On Deck!
The winter 2012 indoor bocce season is under way!  Games take place on Tuesdays in Arlington, Wednesdays on Capitol Hill, and Wednesdays in Foggy Bottom.  Check the division pages for more information on each division and to contact your division manager if you have any questions.  Sign up on our mailing list to stay up to date on future league openings and contact us at mail@dcbocce.com if you have any questions!

Winter Premier League at Black Jack 
The Winter 2012 Premier League season kicks off this week! All games take place on the indoor bocce court in 14th Street's newest bar, Black Jack, above the Pearl Dive Oyster Palace.  Visit the Premier League website for more details and sign up on our mailing list for updates! 

Charity Tournament at Black Jack Raises $1,000 for Children with Diabetes
DC Bocce, together with Black Restaurant Group, hosted a four week charity bocce tournament to benefit the Washington Nationals Diabetes Care Complex at Children's National Medical Center.  The tournament, hosted on the indoor bocce court at Black Jack, the bar above Pearl Dive Oyster Palace, raised $1,000 to support children with diabetes. DC Bocce Season Details
League members receive an official t-shirt, enjoy post-game food & beer specials at their sponsor bar, as well as free parties, contests, prizes, and exclusive event opportunities. Our official beer sponsors are the Italian lager Peroni and the witbier Blue Moon.  If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact mail@dcbocce.com.

Outdoor Bocce:  When the weather is warm, the DC Bocce League membership swells to over 2,000 players spread across the DC Metro area during the Spring (April - June) and Summer (July - Sept) seasons.  Games take place outdoors in the evenings at 6:30 and 7:30pm in Adams Morgan, Arlington, Bethesda, Capitol Hill, Columbia Heights, Crystal City, and Dupont Circle.  Click on the division pages above for details!

Indoor Bocce:  When the weather is cold DC Bocce moves indoors with games during the Fall (October - December) and Winter (January - March) seasons.  Games take place on field turf on our exclusive indoor courts in the evenings starting from 6:30pm-8:45pm in Admas Morgan and Capitol Hill.  Sign up for our mailing list and check back as summer closes for details, and be on the lookout for future locations!

Premier League:  Games for Premier League Bocce take place in the Fall, Spring and Summer months at exclusive locations around the DC metro area. For details visit www.premierleaguebocce.com.

Bocce Courts
In 2005, the DC Bocce League funded and constructed two bocce courts in Garfield Park on Capitol Hill. The courts, located between the playground and tennis courts, are the first and only public bocce courts in DC. We invite the entire community to enjoy them and become familiar with one of the world’s oldest sports.
